Everything was good apart from the…
Everything was good apart from the transfers that you arranged. When we arrived we had to wait for the coach because the ciach we should have been on was full and couldnt fit us on.Then we we came home the coach never arrived we got to pick up point at 7.55am our pick up time was 8.15am we waited till 8.45am then the hotel called us a taxi which cost us an extra 77 euros so not happy at all there.

Everything went smoothly had a little mix up at the hotel but they quickly fixed it was a lovely holiday kids enjoyed it

Had the best holiday at the Aegean princess hotel. Lovely and clean, food was lovely and staff were amazing. ?can’t wait to go back.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I booked a holiday with this company last year. Unfortunately I had a cancer diagnosis at the beginning of the year. The company have informed me they do NOT give refunds even though my oncologist has sent proof that I cannot travel. My travel date was last week and I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and I have not travelled. This wonderful company has kept all of my money. DO NOT book with them terrible service.

Can't beat Sunshine!!!
I have always used a Sunshine for my holidays and yes its quite long to get through to someone more than usual but its a holiday season so little patience and they will sort out for you. Amy- from Sunshine was very kind and polite and sorted my queries and question immediately. Really looking forward to our holidays!!! Sunshine you can't beat this prices so people have a bit of understanding and patience.

I am so stressed out with sunshine!!!
I am so stressed out, the phonelines cut off, i've spent over £6k booking 2 bookings for mine and my brothers family and I need to speak to someone to resolve an error!!!!! When you cannot contact anyone it is a joke.... will never use again and tell people not to!!! I am going away as a family as I have a brain tumour, I am using all our savings and the stress of this is making me ill! I have been in tears all morning, this is not what I need. I just need to know that this is resolved and that we can all enjoy a great holiday together. Please sort t out asap as right now if I could give less than ! star I would :(

My holiday went smoothly
My holiday went smoothly. Think people may need to read the small print and realise Sunshine are the agent…so therefore flight delays etc are not their fault. My only complaint is it takes hours to get an answer on the phone. Yes, it’s summer, yes they’re busy, but two and a half hours on hold…. Really?

Shocking time with hotel
Wasnt happy with the hotel first night I arrived was given the wrong room and wristbands was told I booked a double room with only breakfast when I was half board with a 1 bedroom apartment , then after a week they tried saying I had to check out but they got this wrong also on my third night I came home to a random guy on my sofa as the hotel reception gave a random drunk guy a key to my room who got mixed up with room numbers and on the 6th night there was also an ant infestation which was poorly cleaned up I will be requesting a refund for atleast the first night as I didn’t even spend it in the room I booked after I’ve spent £1400 on a hotel for 10 days

Can’t believe what just happened it…
Can’t believe what just happened it started with the check in couldn’t get logged in waited till I got to the airport was charged €350 for check in and then before going through the gate to go on holiday we were non priority which means €300 for small hand luggage we were only going for 4 nights we didn’t bring much and then €100 on the way back €750 in total great start to the holiday what ever happened to the holiday company giving you all the stuff you need for a holiday but then you have to pay more when Ryanair screws you over great holiday NOT now I have to pay the credit card back which will be more because off interest THANKS SUNSHINE AND RYANAIR
Awful service from sunshine
Awful service from sunshine from booking until returning home. Flights were changed a number of times and errors made with flights. The hotel gran don juan resort was not what was advertised on their website and was awful and ruined our family holiday. This was sold to me as a family hotel which it definitely is not! This hotel was fully of loud noisy teenagers and hardly any families and full of foreign eg German teenagers and groups of footballs clubs. We had to complain and move rooms after only 2 days being there due to loud music furniture being thrown of balconies in rooms above us and drinks were thrown onto our balcony and someone could have seriously been hurt. I have a son age 8 and this was not at all suitable for him and at night was full drunk rowdy teenagers
shouting and singing into the early hours of the morning. I did complain again to the hotel but nothing more they could do as we had already been moved rooms. Made formal complaint on 9 July still waiting on response won't book with hid company again

GREAT SERVICE
WE BOOKED OUR HOTEL ONLY LATE SO WE HAD TO CALL THE HELPLINE NUMBER PROVIDED WE WERE DEALT WITH BY AMY WHO CHECKED THE AVAILABILITY THERE AND THEN SHE WAS FANTASTIC WITH HER HELPFUL WAYS AND HER CARE FOR US AND TOTALLY WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked through this company and PAID in FULL. The shuttle collected us and we turned up to the hotel to be told it’s cancelled due to their contract ending with sunshine holidays. We have heard NOTHING from sunshine holidays about this cancellation and they do not have a 24 hour contact number. Saturday night and we are stranded without a hotel with a CHILD, luggage and after travelling all day so we had to walk the streets finding another hotel at 11pm in a foreign country. Do not book I repeat do not book with this company unless you want to be let down and left stranded abroad.
